Known for developing successful, award winning government relations and advocacy programs, Terry has worked at a senior level in government relations, public affairs and major projects for more than 25 years.
Working with owners, CEOs and senior executives of companies in the private, local government and not-for-profit sectors, he has developed an extensive number of successful government relations and advocacy programs for our clients.
He has deep experience advising major national and multinational companies in the infrastructure, energy, and defence sectors and 20 years’ experience working with the local government sector (61 of Victoria's 79 councils), regional development authorities and not-for-profit agencies.
Terry is known for creating winning strategies to obtain timely government support. He draws on deep experience and knowledge of all three levels of government and a proven capacity to bring original ideas to the table. A multiple PRIA award winner, Terry is a former senior Federal public servant and adviser with acknowledged skill in creative thinking and problem solving, with an ability to equip organisations to undertake powerful advocacy and achieve outcomes from government.

A Fellow of CPA with a background in banking and finance, Doug has considerable experience in assisting clients with their research and development claims and commercialisation of emerging technology.
Drawing on extensive experience in commercial accounting, Doug has managed major business operations and served as a director on the boards of listed ASX companies and Western Region Health, the largest community health operation of its kind in Victoria.
A specialist in the AusIndustry R&D Incentive Program, Doug has driven programs to commercialise emerging technology in geothermal, solar power, clean coal and the fish farming sectors. He is an expert consultant to a wide range of companies that seek to plan R&D programs that comply with eligibility criteria for AusIndustry programs.
With an exclusive mandate to qualify R&D projects for a unique $200M Australian seed fund, Doug facilitates company access to forward finance for commercial demonstration of new technology.
Doug is the chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Food and Beverage Committee.
Government Affairs Consultant
With years of experience as a Councillor, Mayor, Board Member and CEO, Lisa offers a wide range specialist leadership skills and advice. As a consultant to Local Government she specialises in issue management, mentoring, governance support and advice, stakeholder engagement, skill development and capacity building. Building on her extensive experience in government, not-for-profit and membership organisations, she works with clients to meet their needs, either as a facilitator, mentor or coach, trainer or speaker.
Lisa's extensive experience working in Local, State and Federal Governments, includes 17 years as a Councillor and 5 terms as Mayor of the City of Wodonga. Lisa has also worked as an Advisor to Premiers Steve Bracks and John Brumby and served as Deputy Chair for North East Water and served on the first board of VicSES.
Lisa has a unique perspective and knowledge of the particular needs of different roles, gained from her experience as a Mayor, Councillor, Board member, Chairperson, Facilitator, Mentor, Advisor and CEO. This understanding gives Lisa additional insight into understanding what the client is looking for.
